If desired, we take care of visa matters. For example, we send a formal letter of invitation to the relevant German consulate in your home country. All visa matters in Germany are taken care of by us and processed in accordance with the law.

Treatment/acute medicine

All more extensive medical treatment is carried out as an inpatient. The best specialists take care of our patients. All your wishes will be taken into account by us and the hospital staff.

Rehabilitation or a spa stay are very important follow-up treatments in the course of an illness or operation. We offer both outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation. Our applied combination of the most modern medical care, service at the highest level and an extraordinary ambience contributes significantly to a successful healing process.

Accommodation in the hospital is in single rooms. However, since the patients generally do not stay in the hospital the entire time, the accommodation you require will be booked for the subsequent stay. This can be a 5 star hotel or an upmarket apartment. Just as you wish. We always try to find an optimal solution for you. Of course, you will be looked after by your personal staff throughout your stay.

 In the hospital you will of course be accommo- dated in a private room with comfort. We carry out daily monitoring of the care provided to out- patients and inpatients. You can tell us your wishes, worries or problems at any time. We solve your problems and make your wishes come true.

Family service

If you travel with your family members, we take all measures to make your family feel comfortable here. We take care of the accommodation and put together a program of your choice (excursions, city trips, cultural events).

Halal

It is our duty to ensure that all guidelines related to your religion are followed during your trip to Germany. We inform the hospitals and rehabilitation clinics about the special cultural needs of our patients. We make sure that the guidelines are followed.
We show restaurants and shops where you can eat or shop Halal. We will inform you about local mosques or prayer rooms.

Important information about your stay

• Two weeks before the visa expires, the patient and his companions must contact our office

•  Patients and companions holding a tourist visa must leave the country no later

• than three months after the date of entry. According to German law, a new tourist visa can only be applied for three months after your return to your home country

• It is necessary that the patient and his official and non-official companions register themselves at the Municipality with a valid rental contract

• According to German law, the rental agreement must contain the names of all tenants

• Some federal states have very strict rules for extending visas for non-official companions

• In the case of an extension of the residence visa in a certain federal state
  it is not permitted to leave the corresponding federal state
